AI Lead Intelligence
Know which businesses to call — and exactly what to say.
Titan collects the businesses in your territory, scans what each one has built online, scores the opportunity out of 100, and writes the sales case. Your rep opens one record and makes the call already knowing what is broken and what it is worth fixing.
No card. No sales call. Collection and scanning are unmetered — you are never billed for looking.
The problem
A list is not a pipeline. It is a pile of guesses.
Anyone can buy 400 childcare centres in Melbourne. Everyone selling to them has the same 400 names. What nobody has is which ones are actually worth an hour of a closer's day — so reps dial in order, open ten tabs per account, and improvise the pitch.
Research eats the selling day
Twenty minutes per account checking the site, the socials and the reviews. Do that fifty times and the week is gone before anyone dials.
The pitch is generic, so the answer is no
"We do websites and SEO" is what every caller says. Nothing in it proves you looked at their business, so it lands as noise.
Nobody can say why this lead, not that one
Without a defensible score, prioritisation is instinct — and a manager cannot coach instinct or hold anyone to it.
The change
Same territory. Different Monday.
Without Titan
- A spreadsheet of names, ranked by nothing
- Twenty minutes of tab-hopping per account
- A pitch written from memory, five minutes before the call
- No evidence to show the prospect what is wrong
- Leads re-typed into the CRM, or never entered at all
With Titan
- A ranked book of work, highest opportunity first
- The research already done — five checks, every site
- A written sales case per lead, with the angle and the offer
- Evidence you can read out: no booking form, site last touched 2021
- Routed into your CRM by state, industry or score
What you get
Three answers, on every record
Not more data. The three things a rep needs before the phone rings.
One score out of 100
Eight weighted dimensions you control, always shown with the breakdown behind them. Sort the territory once and work down the list.
The sales case, written
A twelve-section analysis per lead: the opportunity, the weaknesses, the recommended service, the objections you will hear, and the pitch.
Evidence, not adjectives
What their site is missing, what technology they run, what they never installed. Every field records where it came from and when.
How it works
Three steps to a ranked book of work
Say who you sell to
Describe your ideal customer in plain words. Titan drafts the profile — markets, industries, keywords, filters — and you correct anything it got wrong.
Collect a territory
Your operator runs the Titan Chrome collector over the map results. Records land in the workspace deduplicated, enriched and stamped with their market.
Work the top of the list
Sites are scanned, opportunities scored, the sales case written, and the qualified records routed to an owner and your CRM. You make calls.
Fit
Built for one job, and honest about the rest
Titan is for you if
- You sell websites, SEO, ads, booking systems or automation to local businesses
- You work Australia or New Zealand territories
- You already have a CRM and want qualified records pushed into it
- You would rather defend a score than defend a hunch
Titan is not for you if
- You want a CRM — Titan qualifies and hands off, it does not manage deals
- You want bulk cold email sending built in
- You want to buy a lead list rather than build your own book
- You need markets we have not cleared for compliance yet
How we operate
Collected the way you would want your own business collected
Titan collects publicly available business information only. It respects robots directives, published site terms, rate limits and applicable law, and it does not attempt to bypass access controls, logins or protective measures. Records on the suppression or do-not-contact list are excluded from collection and from export.

Straight answers
Questions people ask before signing up
Do I need a CRM to use Titan?
No. Titan works on its own — you can read the scored records, export them and work from a collection. A CRM connector is where most teams end up, because Titan deliberately does not manage deals or pipeline stages; it qualifies and hands off.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly available business information: map results your own operator captures with the Titan Chrome collector, the business’s own website, and the Australian Business Register or the New Zealand Business Number register. Crawl rules and rate limits are honoured at the fetch layer, and a site that refuses us is recorded as refusing us rather than as having nothing.
Which markets are supported?
Anywhere in the world. Every collected batch declares the country it was collected in, so a lead is stored with the market it actually came from rather than a guessed one — a batch that declares no country is refused.
How long until I see a scored lead?
Minutes. Describe who you sell to, collect a suburb with the collector, and the records are deduplicated, enriched, scanned and scored as they land. The written sales case runs on the leads that pass your qualification gate.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing, and no card. Collection, scanning, enrichment and scoring are unmetered and carry no quota; a new workspace also gets 10 AI credits for the written analysis. When they run out the analysis stops — the rest of the product keeps working.
Can Titan send the outreach for me?
Not today, and that is deliberate. Titan renders a message against a real lead and hands it to your mail client or your CRM, so the sending reputation and the consent obligations stay with the team that owns the relationship.
Start with one territory.
Define who you sell to, collect a suburb, and read the first scored record. 10 AI credits are on the house — no card, no call, no contract.
Collection and scanning are unmetered. Only the AI analysis spends a credit.
